Enforcement Department is a law drama directed by An Jian and co-directed by Li Donglin, starring Luo Jin and Yang Zishan, with a cast including Ding Jiali, Zhao Jun, Zhang Xilin, Sarina, Wang Tonghui, Fang Zibin, Lin Jiacuan, Yin Xiaotian, Dong Xuan, Sun Jian, and Li Wenling.
The series tells the story of Qi Lin, an outstanding criminal court judge at the Qinggang City People's Court. During his rotation to support the enforcement bureau, he meets Chu Yun, the head of the second enforcement division, whose case-handling methods are entirely different from his own. Despite initial conflicts and disagreements, the two eventually join forces, working together seamlessly to lead the second enforcement division team in tackling a series of challenging cases. Through 16 cases closely related to the lives of ordinary people, the drama showcases the growth of a group of young judges who uphold their professional ideals and continually strive for progress in their work.

Synopsis
The enforcement bureau of the Qinggang Court has long faced the challenges of numerous backlog cases, understaffing, and difficulty in enforcement. In a bold move, the court's leadership decided to assign outstanding young judges from various courts to support the enforcement bureau on a rotational basis. Qi Lin, who has consistently had the highest case closure rate for years, was chosen as the first judge to support the enforcement bureau.
He was assigned to the second enforcement division led by Division Chief Chu Yun. There, he met colleagues with diverse personalities, including judge assistants Ouyang Lulu, Ye Xuan, and Yan Anyang, clerks Zhang Tianyi and Tian Jia, and bailiff Shao Jun. Qi Lin soon realized that after a judge delivers a verdict, it is a long journey before the people truly achieve a satisfactory outcome.
During his case work in the enforcement bureau, Qi Lin's insistence on "result justice" often clashed with Chu Yun's commitment to "procedural justice," leading to significant tension between them. However, as they delved deeper into their work, both began to see each other's strengths and improve upon their own shortcomings. Unknowingly, the six-month rotation period came to an end. Qi Lin had formed deep bonds with his colleagues in the enforcement bureau and, after much contemplation, decided to alter his original career plans and remain in the second enforcement division.
The second enforcement division eventually became a formidable and unbreakable team. Chu Yun ultimately led the division in resolving a major case lurking beneath the surface of Qinggang City's calm, restoring the tranquility that the city rightfully deserved.
