Xing Zhizhi filled Qin Fei's fridge before packing his bags to leave. Xiao Jia asked him if he was really determined to undergo medication treatment, knowing it might not be effective. Xing Zhizhi replied that he wouldn’t know until he tried. As he left, Qin Fei had to buy some daily necessities on her own.

When she went to buy laundry detergent, she wasn’t sure which scent to choose and thought about asking Xing Zhizhi, but then remembered he was undergoing semi-isolated treatment, so she decided against it. Luo Xiaoxiao and Liu Yanze got married. Liu Yanze invited his teammates out for a meal to announce their marriage, and everyone congratulated him for finally tying the knot with Luo Xiaoxiao. After a tiring day at work, Luo Xiaoxiao lay on the sofa and fell asleep.

Liu Yanze, noticing she was asleep, covered her with a blanket. She was startled when she woke up to find him there, and he apologized for forgetting that she was no longer alone after being single for so long. Liu Yanze wondered if their marriage was too rushed. Luo Xiaoxiao teased him about having regrets, pretending to take off her ring, but Liu Yanze hurriedly stopped her, and they embraced affectionately.

Recently, Qin Fei had been keeping herself very busy with work. She was signing artists while also trying to recruit the dancers from the Zhongkun Dance Troupe to Ren Siqi's company. Luo Xiaoxiao countered that while Xing Zhizhi couldn’t be seen, Qin Fei could. She wanted to find out the location of Xing Zhizhi's treatment facility and suggested that Qin Fei visit him. Ge Wu told them he couldn’t disclose Xing Zhizhi’s location. They had to leave, but their visit was photographed, leading to rumors online that Luo Xiaoxiao had mental health issues. Chen Shen approached Luo Xiaoxiao and Liu Yanze to discuss the situation. Luo Xiaoxiao explained that they were only trying to help Qin Fei and hoped it wouldn’t affect her or Xing Zhizhi. Liu Yanze said he was open to any approach as long as it didn’t impact Luo Xiaoxiao.

Liu Yanze asked Chen Shen to handle the situation carefully, minimizing any impact on Luo Xiaoxiao's career. Chen Shen suggested that if a secret marriage would be best for Luo Xiaoxiao’s career, would Liu Yanze mind? Liu Yanze said he wouldn’t. Chen Shen then asked if he minded being Luo Xiaoxiao's manager. Liu Yanze replied that he would accept any arrangements that were beneficial for her.

Luo Xiaoxiao felt that Liu Yanze’s reluctance to publicly acknowledge their relationship implied a lack of trust in her and in their feelings for each other. She was confident that being open about their relationship wouldn’t hinder her career development. Liu Yanze agreed to her desire to publicly acknowledge their marriage. Upon learning that Luo Xiaoxiao went to a psychologist to help Qin Fei find the location for Xing Zhizhi's treatment, Ren Siqi decided to help.

When he saw the photo of Dr. Ge Wu, he resolved to locate the treatment facility. He snuck into Dr. Ge Wu’s house and removed a surveillance camera, discovering a business card for the treatment center in the mouth of a dog. He sent the address to Qin Fei, advising her to visit Xing Zhizhi discreetly. Curious about how Ren Siqi found out where Xing Zhizhi was, Qin Fei asked, but Ren Siqi told her not to pry.
