Hearing about Song Yiju's background, Xiao Jing was drawn into his own memories. In the year 2223, he too had lost his parents, and his younger sister, his sole family, had fallen seriously ill. She needed the Dragon-Tuber Dioscorea to save her life, which was the reason he had traveled through time to this era.
