Synopsis
On the eve of her graduate school graduation, Ruan Yu met Teng Yi through a part-time tutoring job. Ruan Yu was eager to establish herself in the big city, while Teng Yi desperately wanted to escape the constraints and expectations of his family. They unexpectedly entered each other's worlds, providing mutual understanding and becoming attracted to one another. However, their relationship came to an abrupt halt when Ruan Yu faced a sudden family crisis.
Four years later, Ruan Yu stayed on to work at the university, living a stable life, while Teng Yi, now single, returned to the country to establish an outdoor equipment company. They crossed paths again due to a university sports league and found new career directions through their collaboration. Ruan Yu rekindled her dream and went abroad for further studies.
Another four years passed, and the two met again at an industry summit. After their long separation, they decided not to miss out on love this time and bravely pursued their feelings. In the end, they brought their eight-year relationship to a perfect conclusion.
