Chen Huan'er and Song Cong brought beer to Jing Qichi’s house. Song Cong drank half a bottle before passing out, which Jing Qichi was used to. Back when they graduated from middle school, Hao Mei insisted on sending Song Cong to an international school. At that time, they felt like the sky was falling and wanted to drink a bit to say goodbye. But Song Cong took a sip and then slept the whole day.

Jing Qichi casually found a childhood photo of Chen Huan'er and teased her, joking about how no one besides him and Song Cong sat next to her in the family compound. Chen Huan'er immediately pointed to another little boy in the photo, saying he was her childhood friend from Sishui, and that he would come visit today.

Jing Qichi thought she was just trying to scare him, but the next second, Qian Lina said Xiao Yu had arrived and asked Chen Huan'er to go downstairs to meet him. Jing Qichi rushed downstairs, saying he wanted to meet this Xiao Yu. He intentionally told Xiao Yu that he was Chen Huan'er’s best friend, and the two shook hands, each trying to squeeze harder.
