Chen Huan’er went to Song Cong’s house to find him, and Song Cong helped her peel a crab, just like Hao Mei used to do for him.

Chen Huan’er expressed her support for Song Cong’s transfer, but gently advised him not to make things too difficult with his parents. During their conversation, Song Cong received a call from Lin Yifan and was very skilled at lying on Jing Qichi’s behalf. Lin Yifan strongly opposed Jing Qichi pursuing a professional career in sports, since becoming a professional athlete was tough, especially after he had been seriously injured before.

But Jing Qichi was determined to follow his dream, and Song Cong understood—he was the most clear-headed person in all of this. Chen Huan’er felt even more envious. They had cultivated their hobbies since childhood. Song Cong suggested that Chen Huan’er join an interest class, and in his heart, he also envied Chen Huan’er.

Hao Mei complained to Lin Yifan and Qian Lina in the hospital cafeteria, saying that Song Hang was always weak in his actions, while she had worked so hard raising Song Cong. Li Tian’s mother came in and mocked her, and Hao Mei immediately stated that she fully respected every child’s opinion. He even clashed with the sports committee member from Class 6. To get Chen Huan’er to sign up for the 1500m run, Jing Qichi harassed her like a ghost.

Song Hang brought Jing Qichi’s report home, and Lin Yifan, upon seeing it, made up his mind to stop Jing Qichi from playing soccer. Chen Huan’er overheard Lin Yifan and the mothers talking about this, and she began to worry about him.
