Looking down at the sparkling city lights and the bustling people, Ji Xing reflected on the day's battles, which felt unresolved. Having known Huang Weiwei for many years, ending things this way made Ji Xing feel like she had lost something after all these struggles. Han Ting put his arm around her shoulder, understanding her feelings. He explained that people must grow, sometimes for survival and other times because they have no choice. Gaining something often means losing something else.

Shao Yichen was getting married, and Wei Qiuzi even made a video of their wedding photos to invite Ji Xing to the wedding. Seeing the man she had almost married after four years of dating now holding another woman was certainly unpleasant. Han Ting asked if she wanted to attend, and Ji Xing reluctantly nodded, feeling that she should go. Lu Linjia confessed his love to Tu Xiaomeng unexpectedly. Tu Xiaomeng was caught off guard, stopping him from saying more.

Xiao Yixiao was drunk at a bar, and the server had to call his emergency contact. Su Li arrived, called a cab for him, and officially broke up with him. A female employee from Xingchen called Su Zhizhou to fix a computer issue.

After resolving it, she unexpectedly confessed her feelings to him. Su Zhizhou politely declined, realizing as he spoke that he was repeating words Su Li had once said to him. It became clear that Su Li truly didn't like him, and Su Zhizhou felt deeply saddened.
