Xiu Yan instructed Bai Shuo that only by finding the Star Moon Divine Bow and completely destroying Hidden Heart could the coming calamity be prevented. However, his soul was about to dissipate along with the Moon Hidden Sea, and before his death, he placed Hidden Heart into the Desireless Stone. When Bai Shuo came to, she found herself still holding the lifeless body of Fan Yue.

She firmly believed that if she became a god, she could find a way to revive him. For now, she would take on the responsibility of the Bright Moon Palace for Fan Yue. Although Bai Shuo relayed everything she knew about the Moon Hidden Sea to everyone, she kept secret the connection between Zhong Zhao and Hidden Lord. Privately, she instructed Tian Huo to gather information in the Eastern Continent regarding the Star Moon Divine Bow.

Tian Huo grew suspicious of Bai Shuo, believing she hadn’t shared the entire story of the Moon Hidden Sea, but she still agreed to help search. The Four Great Immortals of Lanling found a map of the Demon Tribe in Jin Yao’s room but were puzzled as to why he had such things. Fu Ling noticed that Bai Shuo had been acting strange since returning from the Moon Hidden Sea.

After asking, she learned that Zhong Zhao was indeed the reincarnation of Hidden Lord Mo Li. In fact, Fu Ling had suspected this long ago. Bai Shuo reassured Fu Ling, telling her not to worry. Even if Zhong Zhao truly possessed the divine power of Hidden Lord, it wouldn’t be easily consumed. The most urgent task was to find the divine bow and destroy Hidden Heart, which was the only way to stop Zhong Zhao from becoming Mo Li.

That night, Zhong Zhao was summoned and provoked by a mysterious figure in his dream, urging him to embrace the infinite power that the Hidden Power granted him. He began to suspect that he was the reincarnation of Hidden Lord. The next morning, during breakfast, both Zhong Zhao and Fu Ling were distracted, but Zhong Zhao noticed Fu Ling’s unusual behavior and began to grow suspicious. After confirming his suspicions with Bai Shuo, Fu Ling learned the truth.

At present, Zhong Zhao was being increasingly affected by Hidden Heart. In order to rid himself of the disturbance and eliminate the Hidden Power, he and Fu Ling decided to go to the Xiu Yan Cave on Bai Shuo’s advice. Upon arriving at the cave, Zhong Zhao encountered an illusion of Hidden Lord once again. Fu Ling quickly used the family teachings of the Zhong family to help Zhong Zhao resist the illusion.

Zhen Yu, in order to provoke the Seventy-Two Immortal Sects into opposing Bai Shuo and obtaining Hidden Heart, deliberately caused a natural anomaly. While the Four Great Immortals were still in shock, Jin Yao’s body suddenly appeared in Lanling, accompanied by an anonymous letter claiming that Jin Yao had wanted to destroy Hidden Heart but was killed by Bai Shuo instead.

The people of Lanling believed the letter and immediately summoned the Seventy-Two Immortal Sects to convene and discuss how to handle the situation. Various immortal sects arrived in Lanling to discuss the matter of Bai Shuo allegedly killing Jin Yao. Beichen, who knew Bai Shuo’s character, was certain that she wouldn’t be so cruel. Nanwan also expressed gratitude, as Bai Shuo had once saved his younger brother. He and Beichen spoke up to defend her.

However, Jing Lei felt that Beichen and Nanwan were covering up for Bai Shuo and demanded that they stay behind. Soon, the Seventy-Two Immortal Sects stormed the Bright Moon Palace, and the tension between the Immortal and Demon tribes escalated. Bai Shuo had no choice but to step forward and explain that Jin Yao’s death had been communicated to the Lanling Sect by Zhong Zhao in a letter.

Beichen and Nanwan rushed over and discovered they had been misled by an anonymous letter. Bai Shuo used the Bright Moon Order to invite everyone into the hall and reveal the truth about Bodhi Village. However, the immortals refused to believe her, and only Yu Feng began to have doubts, recalling that there was a map of the Demon Tribe in the headmaster’s room, which seemed suspicious.

The Kunlun Heart-Gazing Disk detected that there was indeed Hidden Heart within Bai Shuo’s body. Zhong Zhao sensed this disturbance and, together with Fu Ling, rushed back to the Bright Moon Palace. To protect Bai Shuo from the desires of the others, Zhong Zhao publicly admitted that it was he who had killed Jin Yao, explaining that he was the reincarnation of Hidden Lord Mo Li, while Bai Shuo carried the divine power of the Star Moon.

Everyone present was shocked, and Bai Shuo defended Zhong Zhao, explaining the suffering he had endured. Even with the Hidden Power within him, he never once gave up on his desire to protect the world. The so-called immortal sects, who claimed to protect the people, always seemed to be plotting against their own. Yu Feng also agreed with Bai Shuo, believing that as long as Hidden Heart did not enter Zhong Zhao’s body, Hidden Lord would not truly return.

Before anyone could respond, Zhen Yu suddenly appeared in the Bright Moon Palace. Not only did he injure both the Immortal and Demon tribes, but he also cast a spell to subdue the immortals and activated the ancient mirror to try and extract Hidden Heart. Bai Shuo used all her strength to shatter the Desireless Stone. While this wounded Hidden Heart, it also caused her to suffer severe injuries. At that moment, Jing Yuan returned and rescued Bai Shuo.
