They immediately realized that Yan Sifang had seen the ghost, so they kept their eyes closed, feeling less scared because they couldn't see it. The ghost, finding this uninteresting, floated forward. As he poured the blood on the ground, the lights inside the room suddenly turned on. Meng Sanxi, Yan Sifang, Ji Mingzhao, and Ye Wuzhi, under the witness of the workers, caught Wang Zheng in the act.
The next day, Meng Sanxi wanted to provoke the master-level expert who pretended to be a ghost. He intentionally made bold statements to anger the imposter. Yan Sifang, Ji Mingzhao, and Ye Wuzhi also expressed their support for Meng Sanxi's work by making bold statements. That night, the master-level imposter indeed arrived. The imposter remembered that Meng Sanxi had claimed he could evade five moves, while Ye Wuzhi could withstand ten moves. Without hesitation, the imposter attacked mercilessly. However, Ye Wuzhi turned out to be an unexpected surprise, countering eight moves in a row. The imposter, seeing this, became serious. The imposter stated that while Meng Sanxi could easily evade him if he only dodged, now it was his turn to win. To settle the score for the arrow he had drawn on Meng Sanxi's forehead, the imposter used the arrow as a pen to draw a spell on Meng Sanxi's forehead, demanding that Meng Sanxi couldn't erase it until the completion of the project. Ji Mingzhao, seeing both Ye Wuzhi and Meng Sanxi lying on the ground, challenged the imposter as the innkeeper. She proposed a bet with the imposter: if she won, he couldn't pursue the matter further. The imposter readily agreed. However, Ji Mingzhao surprised the imposter by producing a dagger and proposed that if she won, he couldn't pursue the matter further, but if she lost, she would insert the dagger six inches into his heart. The imposter was caught off guard by Ji Mingzhao's unexpected wager and couldn't possibly harm himself, so he reluctantly let everyone go.
Ye Wuzhi, after this incident, had overcome her inner fear. She still believed in ghosts but had found a way to conquer her fear, and that was through Meng Sanxi and Xionghuang wine.
