Elsewhere, Chen Shiyu ran into Xu Jianming at a quiet bar and brought up Tang Wei’s Tianqin Entertainment. He suggested that if Xu Jianming agreed to appear as a guest on one of their shows, it would greatly benefit her company’s performance. After a long discussion, Xu Jianming began reflecting on his own complicated and uncertain marriage.

Moved by their conversation, he unexpectedly agreed to participate in the program. Xu Jianming confided in Chen Shiyu, admitting that he often overlooked the most important people around him, taking their efforts for granted. Despite all these years, he still felt like a child in many ways. That night, Li Meng sat alone in her room, crying uncontrollably in her drunken state. Xu Junle took on the role of videographer, capturing the couple’s sweetest and happiest moments. Under the gaze of everyone present, Xu Jiajia walked slowly down the aisle, arm in arm with her father. Isabella urged Chen Jiahui to seize the opportunity, saying that love meant being together. However, Chen Jiahui remained cautious and reserved, knowing their biggest issue was their inability to compromise. She decided to leave things to fate, believing that if they were meant to be, they would meet again someday.

At the wedding reception, everyone drank and celebrated joyously. Xu Zhiqiang raised his glass to give a toast, delivering a heartfelt and moving speech. Inspired by the moment, Xu Jianming also stood up, slightly tipsy, and jokingly said that he had entrusted his most beloved daughter to a man he didn’t know very well, leaving him with mixed feelings. Even so, Xu Jianming acknowledged that Xu Junhao was a good man.

He reminded the young couple that marriage isn’t just about love; it’s about enduring the monotony of daily life.
