Jiang Junnan was looking at his phone and saying it was accurate, very accurate. Gu Xun asked him, "Accurate about what? " Jiang Junnan told him that today was an unlucky day for work. Gu Xun said he was being superstitious. Jiang Junnan then told him that today was a good day for confessing. Gu Xun asked him if it was really accurate. Yue Qianling and Gu Xun were walking downstairs together.

She felt that work had gone smoothly today and wanted to go out and have something good to eat with him to celebrate. Gu Xun, however, suggested staying at home and ordering takeout. He asked Yue Qianling to go up first while he went to buy something. Yue Qianling knew the password for his door. As she reached Gu Xun’s door, she thought to herself, "Is it that obvious now? Looks like Gu Xun is going to confess.

"Gu Xun was downstairs and saw Yue Qianling had already arrived at his place. He was preparing to press a button on his phone to control the room lights. Suddenly, Gu Xun received a call from Jiang Junnan telling him they were in trouble. Yue Qianling waited for a while, but nothing happened. She knew that she had guessed wrong again.

Gu Xun called Yue Qianling and told her that the "Narrow Path" project was being accused of copyright infringement, and he needed to go back to the company immediately. Yue Qianling wanted to go with him, but Gu Xun told her to rest at home. Yue Qianling was very worried about Gu Xun at home. She called Chen Xinyi to ask what was happening.

When Gu Xun opened the door to throw out the trash, he saw Yue Qianling standing at his door. She asked him if everything was resolved. Gu Xun told her that he hadn’t found a solution yet and that this role was very important to him. Yue Qianling told Gu Xun to bend down, and he obediently bent down.

Gu Xun sent a text to Yue Qianling, telling her he needed to go back to his hometown and that she shouldn't worry. However, when Yue Qianling tried calling him, his phone was unreachable, and no one could find him. She quickly called Lu Tuo, asking if Gu Xun had contacted him. Lu Tuo told her that usually, in situations like this, Gu Xun would just go back home for a few days, and things would be fine.

After hearing this, Yue Qianling felt a little relieved. Lu Tuo suddenly added that this time, Gu Xun was acting abnormally. He hadn't contacted him even after going back home. He told Yue Qianling that Gu Xun had always been stubborn since he was a child. Once, when he was scolded by a teacher, he stayed in the teacher’s office for a whole night. By the time Lu Tuo found him, Gu Xun was nearly starving.

Yue Qianling immediately asked Lu Tuo to send her the address. She took a bus for the entire night and finally arrived at Gu Xun's hometown. As soon as she arrived, she scolded Gu Xun, but he told her that he had been thinking about her all this time. He confessed that he liked her, both as the school heartthrob in the past and as the Gu Xun she knew now.

He told Yue Qianling that he had planned to confess to her that night and even prepared star-shaped lights, but hadn’t had the chance to tell her. Yue Qianling asked Gu Xun how much he liked her. Gu Xun replied that this matter was subjective and had no standard reference, but he knew that Yue Qianling was the only girl he had ever liked from childhood to now. Gu Xun told Yue Qianling that she was his first love.

Yue Qianling said he was also her first love. Finally, they embraced happily, their feelings realized. Gu Xun and Yue Qianling went to his father’s studio to search for evidence, but they couldn’t find anything. Gu Xun then thought of Uncle Gu, who had been his business partner with his father. Uncle Gu was also Lu Tuo’s father. When Lu Tuo saw Yue Qianling, he immediately recognized her as "Little Ma Hwa" and commented on her beauty.

Yue Qianling congratulated Lu Tuo on becoming a father. Gu Xun eventually found his father’s computer and asked Uncle Gu if his father had sold the copyright. Uncle Gu wasn’t sure either.
