Yue Qianling asked Gu Xun to sign, but he refused. Yue Qianling was about to speak to Gu Xun in her usual tone, saying it was just a few pages and asking him to take a look. But she quickly held herself back and spoke to Gu Xun in a gentle voice instead — yet he still refused. President Wei told Yue Qianling that although she was a decent artist, there were many capable people like her.

If she wanted to stay, she had to prove she was worth it. He told her he would be reviewing her work in a few days, and if she couldn’t complete it, she should let him know early so he could find someone else. Team Leader Yin overheard and said that if Yue Qianling couldn’t finish the drawing, she should just tell him. Yue Qianling responded that if she couldn’t do it, there was still him.

After all, they were a team — anything that happened affected all of them, not just Yue Qianling alone. Yue Qianling said if she couldn’t draw it well, worst case she’d just go back to prepare for graduate school, but Team Leader Yin had people above and below depending on him — if things went wrong, he could lose his job. President Wei criticized the draft Yue Qianling submitted, and Team Leader Yin made sarcastic remarks nearby.

Yue Qianling worked late into the night at the office. She asked her online friend, “Campus Heartthrob,” what people usually did for the New Year. Yue Qianling didn’t know that "Campus Heartthrob" was actually Gu Xun, the person she had secretly liked for a long time, and Gu Xun didn’t know that his online friend "Glutinous Rice Twist" was actually Yue Qianling, the girl he had secretly liked. Gu Xun discovered a hidden talent at the company — President Wei.

He and Jiang Junnan blocked President Wei’s path. Gu Xun hoped President Wei would work with him. President Wei said he wouldn’t. Gu Xun then showed him a previous AAA project created by Wei Han and said he didn’t believe Wei Han had truly given up on AAA games. Gu Xun asked if he dared to make a bet: if next week’s project proposal passed, he would agree to work with him.

Gu Xun’s creative philosophy was to promote Eastern aesthetics and preserve traditional Chinese culture. Originally, he was supposed to go to a company dinner with his colleagues, but Yue Qianling logged into her game account and asked if they could chat. So Gu Xun ditched the dinner and chatted online with Yue Qianling instead. When Huang Jie was about to get off work, she noticed that Yue Qianling had added a cat to one of her earlier drawings.

She said the cat looked like someone, but she couldn’t quite remember who. Yue Qianling asked who it was, and Huang Jie said it looked like a proud and handsome guy. Yue Qianling thought — wasn’t that just Gu Xun? On her way home, Yue Qianling ran into a little dog — and happened to spot Gu Xun nearby. She pretended to be afraid of the dog to get his attention. Suddenly, a motorcycle came speeding toward them.

Without thinking, Yue Qianling quickly scooped up the dog, and Gu Xun rushed over and pulled her into his arms. Gu Xun went online and asked Yue Qianling how girls usually celebrated the New Year. Jiang Junnan told him that if he wanted to spend New Year’s Eve with “Little Twist,” he should just say so. Gu Xun replied that he didn’t know anything. As they were talking, they happened to see Yue Qianling.

Jiang Junnan asked if they should invite her over for a meal. Just as Gu Xun was about to refuse, Jiang Junnan called her over. Yue Qianling felt the atmosphere was awkward and quickly found an excuse to leave. When Jiang Junnan came back from the restroom and asked where Yue Qianling was, Gu Xun said he had scared her off.

Jiang Junnan said he was planning to bring in a few more people, but Gu Xun said Yue Qianling wasn’t suitable. As soon as Yue Qianling stepped outside, she saw the phenomenon of “two stars accompanying the moon. ” She took a photo and sent it to Gu Xun using her Little Twist account. Gu Xun immediately ran out to look for Little Twist.

Yue Qianling saw Gu Xun in the distance and hesitated, wondering if he might actually be Campus Heartthrob. But the message he sent afterward made her dismiss the thought. Yue Qianling submitted a redrawn version of her draft. She said she thought the male lead looked too lonely, so she added a cat beside him. After looking at it, General Manager Jiang said it was good to go. Team Leader Yin, however, still made sarcastic comments.

Yue Qianling thought her drawing was going to get her fired, but to her surprise, the online response was full of likes and praise. After work, she ran into Gu Xun again and invited him to do the lion dance with her.
