However, Yuan Xue didn't mind as long as she could be with Lu Beiyi. Before leaving, Yuan Xue handed a box to Luo Qinglian, hoping she would keep it safe. Lord Xiu secretly watched this scene and felt that it would be even more challenging to obtain what was inside the box.

Xu Liangchuan returned to report the situation to South Ru Zhen.
