Su Yancheng's recent works had received a lot of negative reviews online, which made the editor-in-chief of the publishing house uneasy. He even showed Su Yancheng some of the most popular AI-generated illustrations. After seeing the AI-generated drawings, Su Yancheng became angry, believing that AI was just a soulless machine and didn't deserve to create art. Bai Xiaoduo mustered up the courage to meet the editor-in-chief, Yu Shubo.
Just then, Yu Shubo was looking for the female editor-in-chief, and the secretary, seeing Yu Shubo, didn't stop him and let him in. Bai Xiaoduo also wanted to follow but was stopped by the secretary. At that moment, a phone call came in, and Bai Xiaoduo secretly followed into the office of the editor-in-chief. She overheard part of the conversation between Yu Shubo and the editor-in-chief, mistakenly thinking that Yu Shubo was Blake.
Afterward, Bai Xiaoduo was so excited to meet her idol, Blake. She coincidentally saw Su Yancheng sitting on a bench, still looking upset. Since she had seen Su Yancheng leaving the editing department earlier, she assumed that he was downhearted because his submission had been rejected. She tried to cheer him up using words from Blake's book. Back in the dormitory, Bai Xiaoduo was chatting with Lin Xiaomiao when their senior, He Rui, returned.
The three girls introduced themselves to each other. Bai Xiaoduo learned that Yu Shubo knew He Rui and eagerly approached to inquire more. It was during those bullying times that a person with an owl appeared to save her.
