Synopsis
You Mingxu, a female detective from Jiangrong City, goes deep into western Sichuan to investigate a serial murder case. There, she encounters Yin Feng, a criminal psychology professor who has been injured and lost his memory. The two become investigative partners. With his mind regressed to adolescence, Yin Feng is innocent and passionate, breaking through the emotional barriers that You Mingxu built due to losing her mother at a young age.
During their investigations, Yin Feng demonstrates exceptional criminal psychological analysis skills, while You Mingxu, with her years of experience and keen intuition, successfully solves multiple cases with Yin Feng’s assistance. As they move from strangers to trusted partners, their feelings for each other also grow.
However, when Yin Feng regains his memory, he appears cold and distant on the surface, yet still harbors deep emotions for You Mingxu. He soon deduces that his own brother might be the murderer who killed You Mingxu’s mother years ago. Determined to uncover the truth behind the case from nineteen years ago, the two work together to unravel the mystery. Eventually, the long-buried truth comes to light, and the real culprit is brought to justice.
