In the city of Youzhou, Gu Jiusi, Jiang Rou, and others were anxiously waiting, as it was the day of the agreed-upon grain exchange, but they couldn't see Liu Yuru returning. Gu Jiusi waited anxiously on the official road outside the city, like a stone awaiting his wife. Finally, he saw the return of Liu Yuru, whom he had been eagerly anticipating. Liu Yuru's return shocked Zhang Yue'er. Su Wan was still alive; she had lied to Liu Yuru before. During the chaos in Liangzhou, the carriage accident was real, but Zhang Yue'er had the chance to save Su Wan when the carriage tumbled down the steep slope. However, she chose not to help and selfishly fled for her own life.
