The biting cold wind blew, Lin Yiyang wrapped himself tightly as he walked down the street. Suddenly, a few tourists recognized Lin Yiyang, who was heavily bundled up, but not entirely certain. Lin Yiyang denied his identity and walked away. Just as he was about to leave, he overheard them mentioning taking the subway. However, due to the city-wide blizzard, the subway had already ceased operation. Lin Yiyang had to turn back and advise the tourists to quickly find a place to stay, or they wouldn't even have a place to stay later.

Yin Guo, accompanied by her younger brother Meng Xiaotian, walked through the blizzard anxiously, urging her brother to keep up. They arrived at a bar where Yin Guo began trying to book a hotel everywhere. However, due to the city-wide blizzard, almost all hotels were fully booked, with no available rooms. With no other choice, Yin Guo had to call her friend Zheng Yi for help.

Lin Yiyang arrived at the bar to meet with friends and happened to see Yin Guo making a phone call by the window, immediately captivated by her. When he entered the bar, he coincidentally saw his friend acquainted with Yin Guo.

When Yin Guo returned, Lin Yiyang and his friend had already left. Exhausted, Yin Guo asked her brother to watch the phone and decided to take a nap. In her sleep, Meng Xiaotian woke her up. When Yin Guo woke up, she found a cocktail on the table, with Lin Yiyang sitting beside her. Seeing Lin Yiyang's attentive expression, Yin Guo became afraid that he might be a bad person and remained somewhat reserved.

Finally, Yin Guo received a call from her friend Zheng Yi, who helped her find a hotel, albeit in the outskirts. Meng Xiaotian and Lin Yiyang's friend went to pack their things, leaving only Lin Yiyang and Yin Guo. However, Yin Guo kept a wary eye on Lin Yiyang, who sensed her apprehension. He revealed his identity and showed her his student ID, although seeing the resemblance in the photo on the card to Lin Yiyang, Yin Guo still couldn't entirely let go of her guard.

Lin Yiyang and Yin Guo took the same taxi. Lin Yiyang specifically instructed the taxi driver to take Yin Guo and her brother to the hotel. After hearing this, Meng Xiaotian thought highly of Lin Yiyang. Upon arriving at the hotel, Meng Xiaotian went inside to check while Lin Yiyang watched outside, reminding Yin Guo to be careful with her belongings.

After returning to the dormitory, Lin Yiyang found himself locked out because he forgot his keys. He tried calling his friend Wu Wei, but his phone was switched off. Lin Yiyang could only stay overnight at a familiar shop.

The next day, Yin Guo and her brother had a meal. Meng Xiaotian suggested Yin Guo thank Lin Yiyang and gave her Lin Yiyang's WeChat. However, Yin Guo hesitated on how to add Meng Xiaotian on WeChat. At this moment, Yin Guo's phone was snatched, and Lin Yiyang was added actively. Yin Guo invited Lin Yiyang to dinner under the pretext of expressing gratitude. Upon seeing Yin Guo's message, Lin Yiyang felt very happy, although he still teased her. Yin Guo made up an excuse and eagerly wanted to meet Lin Yiyang immediately. However, Lin Yiyang had to cancel the dinner invitation as he had to return to school. Upon learning this, Meng Xiaotian wanted to go to the school to find Lin Yiyang, but Yin Guo thought it was inappropriate and refused Meng Xiaotian's request, even though she agreed verbally, she secretly messaged Lin Yiyang.

Yin Guo took Meng Xiaotian to buy daily necessities, and Meng Xiaotian secretly booked tickets to Lin Yiyang's school. He took Yin Guo with him, and Yin Guo could only reluctantly agree. Lin Yiyang also saw a photo of Yin Guo playing billiards, which piqued his interest in her.

When Yin Guo and her brother arrived in the city where Lin Yiyang's school was located and tried to contact him, they found out that Lin Yiyang had unexpectedly returned to the city where they originally were.
