Yin Guo arrived at Lin Yiyang's billiards room and asked why he was doing this. Lin Yiyang explained that he used to enjoy this job but left the billiards world due to arrogance. Now, he finds comfort in the sounds here. Lin Yiyang didn't hesitate to finish the leftovers, surprising Yin Guo because her parents never ate what she touched. Lin Yiyang prepared to practice with Yin Guo, knowing she also plays nine-ball. Many people in the billiards room greeted Yin Guo warmly because many of them had heard about her. Lin Yiyang arranged a separate room for Yin Guo to practice and personally taught her, encouraging her to maintain a positive mindset during the game.

During practice, Yin Guo inquired about a skilled nine-ball player who was returning for a competition. Lin Yiyang knew this player and warned Yin Guo of their skill. However, Yin Guo wasn't worried. During their conversation, Lin Yiyang mentioned that he had watched all of Yin Guo's matches, making her happy as it showed his attention.

After practice, Lin Yiyang took Yin Guo to eat. Despite Yin Guo's concern about over-ordering, Lin Yiyang insisted and ate everything, which pleased Yin Guo. Lin Yiyang had an interview to attend, so he brought Yin Guo along, leaving her to think about how she could help Lin Yiyang's struggling billiards room.

Lin Yiyang and Yin Guo exchanged money from their accounts. Seeing Lin Yiyang's balance, Yin Guo realized his difficulties and offered to help. Lin Yiyang appreciated her understanding and canceled his interview to be with Yin Guo. He hugged her on the sofa, and when she felt nervous, he kissed her. They talked about their childhood, and Yin Guo felt sorry for Lin Yiyang's difficult past.

Yin Guo pretended to be sleepy, so Lin Yiyang carried her to bed. As they sweetly talked, Lin Yiyang's phone rang. It was confirmed that Lin Yiyang would pursue a Ph.D., but he declined because of Yin Guo. She was excited to learn this.

In the evening, Lin Yiyang prepared for a part-time tour guide job and took Yin Guo with him. Sitting on the bus, Yin Guo admired Lin Yiyang's work scene, and many girls in the tour group looked at him with admiration. It was the first time Yin Guo experienced Lin Yiyang's work environment.

During the tour, Lin Yiyang took Yin Guo to a romantic place and planned to send her back the next day, which disappointed her as she wanted to stay longer with him. However, knowing she needed to train for her competition, she understood she couldn't stay and agreed to go back.
