At night, Lin Yiyang drove Yin Guo to the mountains and set up a telescope to gaze at the beautiful stars together. Taking advantage of this romantic setting, Lin Yiyang expressed his gratitude to Yin Guo, acknowledging that her presence gave him the courage to return to the competition scene.

When Yin Guo heard the news of Lin Yiyang's return, she was ecstatic, crying as she hugged him. She even asked Lin Yiyang to wait for her, promising to find him abroad if he didn't return home. However, Lin Yiyang didn't want to put Yin Guo in such a difficult position and decided to accommodate her wishes.

After admiring the beautiful stars, Lin Yiyang and Yin Guo slept in the car. Yin Guo lay on Lin Yiyang's lap, finding their situation somewhat amusing, feeling like they were eloping. At dawn, Lin Yiyang took Yin Guo back. Although reluctant, Yin Guo packed her belongings as she had to return to China that day.

After packing, as soon as Yin Guo stepped out, Lin Yiyang was waiting for her in the living room. Both reluctant to part, Lin Yiyang made one last cup of coffee for Yin Guo.

As they had to part, Yin Guo tried to keep the conversation going, afraid that they wouldn't have anything to say after separating. She even suggested that Lin Yiyang take her to the place where they first met to reminisce. Though it pained him, Lin Yiyang comforted Yin Guo throughout.

While going downstairs, Yin Guo reluctantly went to the laundry room, taking many photos for memories. Even after taking the photos, she kept finding excuses to stay and take more. Lin Yiyang saw through her intentions and assured her that he would take the photos and send them to her. Then, he took Yin Guo to the airport.

At the airport, Yin Guo hesitated to board the plane, wanting to stay with Lin Yiyang even if it was just for another minute. Lin Yiyang also felt sad, holding Yin Guo as she cried on his shoulder. Reluctantly, Yin Guo finally boarded the plane. Even as she entered the boarding gate, she looked back at Lin Yiyang, hoping to see him a little longer. After Yin Guo left Lin Yiyang's sight, he sent her a message, wishing her a safe journey. He then noticed that Yin Guo had changed her contact name, deliberately letting him know.

Yin Guo asked Lin Yiyang to send her an impressive emoji, but he didn't immediately respond. Waiting eagerly, Yin Guo cried alone in the hall when Lin Yiyang finally sent the emoji of a cup of coffee, albeit reluctantly. Meanwhile, Lin Yiyang rode the subway back to his place alone. Before shutting down her phone, Yin Guo sent Lin Yiyang another message, reminding him of their subway ride together, which was the first time they met, and Yin Guo had been quite amusing, introducing herself to Lin Yiyang.

When Lin Yiyang returned to his dorm, Jiang Yang was waiting downstairs. Lin Yiyang's significant changes due to his relationship with Yin Guo, even his increased activity on WeChat, caught Jiang Yang's attention. Understanding Lin Yiyang's situation, Jiang Yang left him a contact and departed.
