Yin Guo was at home gathering with her family when she suddenly received a call from Lin Yiyang, learning that Lin Yiyang was also in her city. She was eager to meet him, and her brother Meng Xiaodong helped her out.

Yin Guo arrived at the hotel where Lin Yiyang was staying, and they were both very excited to see each other. They had last met in winter, but now it was summer. Yin Guo purposely wore a dress, which Lin Yiyang praised.

Yin Guo, wanting to make Lin Yiyang happy, promised to wear dresses every day from then on. They exchanged gifts, and after Yin Guo received an expensive gift from Lin Yiyang, she felt sorry for him because she knew his family situation wasn't good, yet he spent his prize money on her. Yin Guo felt Lin Yiyang must have been tired from the long flight and insisted he rest. Lin Yiyang, lying on the bed, pulled Yin Guo into his arms, and she nestled against him.

Yin Guo helped Lin Yiyang downstairs to fetch something and bought some blood circulation medicine for him. When they returned, Lin Yiyang was already asleep due to exhaustion. Yin Guo quietly prepared to apply medicated plaster on Lin Yiyang's wound so as not to wake him, but she ended up waking him. She also showed Lin Yiyang her savings, telling him she had invested all her money in short-term financial products so that she could withdraw it immediately if he needed it. Lin Yiyang was touched by Yin Guo's thoughtfulness.

Just as they were enjoying their time together in the hotel, Yin Guo's mother called, informing her that according to the family rules, she had to be home before 11 p.m. even though she wasn't participating in the competition. Although both were reluctant, Lin Yiyang still escorted Yin Guo downstairs. Suddenly, when they were reluctant to part ways, Meng Xiaodong appeared, wanting to take Yin Guo to a meeting and insisting Lin Yiyang come along.

Lin Yiyang didn't want to go to the place where Meng Xiaodong was, but he found an excuse. Finally, Yin Guo had more time to be with Lin Yiyang. When they arrived at her workplace, Yin Guo enthusiastically introduced Lin Yiyang to everything she usually faced.

Meng Xiaodong specifically told Lin Yiyang that many people were pursuing Yin Guo, including someone with a very good family background who had been wanting to pursue her. Yin Guo, to reassure Lin Yiyang, told him that person was just a fan. However, Lin Yiyang had to leave, and Yin Guo felt a bit reluctant.

In a blink of an eye, a year and a half passed, and Yin Guo personally went to the airport to welcome Lin Yiyang back to the country. At the airport, they ran into Wu Wei, and when Lin Lin saw Yin Guo, she teased her. Lin Yiyang had been participating in competitions crazily for the past year and a half, and Yin Guo quickly explained when she heard about it.

After Wu Wei arrived at the airport, he specifically inquired about the situation of the people at Yin Guo's house because during that game, Yin Guo's mother was the referee, and everyone was unsure about the attitude of Yin Guo's family towards Lin Yiyang.

Meng Xiaodong personally came to pick up Yin Guo, which surprised her because her brother had never picked her up before. It was only when Lin Lin came out that everyone understood that Meng Xiaodong wanted to take this opportunity to see Lin Lin.
