After Lin Yiyang and Lin Lin met, Lin Lin, knowing about Lin Yiyang's past, encouraged him, and Lin Yiyang inquired about Lin Lin's relationship with Meng Xiaodong. Lin Lin immediately denied it and firmly stated that they could never be together.

While Yin Guo was going back with her brother, she exchanged messages with Lin Yiyang.
