Da Ying's new assistant, Qian Qian, was not satisfied with merely doing odd jobs. Da Ying informed Qian Qian about the previous salary reduction, and unexpectedly, Qian Qian went directly to Boss Xue and convinced him to only reduce the salaries of middle and upper management employees. She even hinted that the salary reduction was Da Ying's idea. Da Ying confronted Qian Qian, but Qian Qian remained unfazed. During lunchtime, Da Ying was seen by Qian Qian while dining with Er Ying and Xiao Ying near the company. Qian Qian reported Da Ying to Boss Xue, using absenteeism as the reason.
