Tang Yu pretended to discard the card, and as Tang Xin reached for it, she accidentally touched his bitten wound. Feeling sorry for her, Tang Yu strangely found a hint of satisfaction. Lu Zhixing brought takeout, ordering only three portions without knowing Tang Yu would be there. Tang Yu, claiming it was fine, took a meal, not treating himself as an outsider. Seeing this, Tang Xin, feigning lack of appetite, gave her meal to Lu Zhixing and Feng Cheng.
In reality, everyone misunderstood Tang Yu. He merely helped Tang Xin choose peppercorns and cilantro and then handed the meal to her. He even shared Tang Xin's eating preferences, leaving Lu Zhixing and Feng Cheng bewildered. After scolding Gao Heng, Tang Yu immediately instructed him to resolve the matter, emphasizing that he didn't want Tang Xin to misunderstand.
Tang Xin visited You Huan's store, where a customer tried to secretly take pictures. You Huan intervened, and Tang Xin spoke up for her friend. The customer reluctantly bought an item, and You Huan expressed the helplessness of a small designer. Tang Yu reported to Lu Zhixing's studio almost every day, earning disdainful looks from Tang Xin. Before entering, Tang Xin expressed her confusion. She had liked Tang Yu before, but his current behavior made her feel insecure. Tang Yu earnestly confessed, asking Tang Xin to be herself and letting him take the initiative in the future. This confession moved Tang Xin. Tang Yu requested to increase the time they spent together each day, and Tang Xin agreed to add one minute. Tang Yu thought it was too short but better than nothing. As he left, Tang Yu teased Tang Xin, saying that the extra minute she worked so hard to add probably wouldn't even be enough for a kiss, infuriating Tang Xin once again.
The woman who took unauthorized photos, accompanied by two troublemakers, came to You Huan's store to cause trouble. They insisted that You Huan refund the clothes, but she refused. The troublemakers started vandalizing the store. Tang Xin sensed something was wrong and rushed to the shop. However, she couldn't handle the two strong men. Tang Xin was pushed down, and the store was wrecked. Tang Xin struggled to stand up and intervene, only to be knocked down again. Her hand was cut by broken glass, and one of the troublemakers raised his hand to slap her. Suddenly, a hand appeared, blocking the attack—it was Tang Yu.
Tang Yu displayed impressive skills, swiftly dealing with the troublemakers and avenging Tang Xin. His handsome appearance made Tang Xin's heart flutter. She cried in his arms, and Tang Yu, exuding boyfriend vibes, carried her to the hospital, leaving Gao Heng to call the police and handle the situation.
