Luo Lingyu still remembered her aunt, the kind English aunt, from her childhood. Back then, the aunt would often hold her and play with her. But after so many years of separation, Luo Lingyu figured that the aunt might have forgotten about her. When they arrived at the Lu family’s residence, Luo Lingyu and her sister were left speechless by the grand and spacious courtyard. They had never seen such wealth and luxury before. Fortunately, this English aunt was easygoing. Upon hearing their names and seeing the two relatives, both tearful and in need, she kindly settled them in for the time being. Then, she casually suggested that she might need a place to stay, hoping to secure a residence closer to Lu Yun’s quarters.
