Hongyi and Shiliang could tell from Han Ziqing's expression that she had quarreled with the Fourth Prince, Jun Beiyue, again. The two of them fought constantly, and Shiliang was anxious just watching them. Hongyi tried to persuade Han Ziqing, but she remained unmoved. Meanwhile, Jun Beiyue was also in a foul mood at the foot of the mountain, drinking alone. The second-in-command silently observed everything. That night, Jun Beiyue got drunk and went to bed early.

Xin'er also got drunk and, ignoring the guards' attempts to stop her, insisted on finding Jun Beiyue, eventually barging into his sleeping quarters! Under Hongyi's persuasion, Han Ziqing decided to check on the drunken Jun Beiyue. However, when she entered, she saw Jun Beiyue and Xin'er lying together! Xin'er woke up and innocently woke Jun Beiyue as well.

Jun Beiyue was shocked to see Xin'er beside him but, recalling the image of Han Ziqing and Xuanyuan Lige playing the qin together, he felt an inexplicable urge to anger Han Ziqing. So, he turned his attention to Xin'er, who dutifully brought him tea, and then he asked her to leave. Han Ziqing stood there in a daze, explaining that Hongyi had sent her, and then said she wouldn't disturb him before leaving.

Hongyi was surprised to see Han Ziqing exit so quickly, and even more surprised that Xin'er had just come out as well—what on earth had happened? Han Ziqing offered no explanation. Instead, she returned to her tent, packed her belongings, and left with Shiliang. Hongyi couldn't stop her, so she decided to go back and find the Fourth Prince. However, the second-in-command blocked her way, preventing her from entering the commander's tent.

With no other option, Hongyi waited outside, while the second-in-command secretly contacted the people from the Department of Justice. It wasn't until the next day that Hongyi informed Jun Beiyue that Han Ziqing had left. Jun Beiyue, still sulking, turned back to his tent and didn't go after Han Ziqing. But it wasn't long before he regretted it. However, just as he prepared his horse to set out, Shiliang returned alone—Han Ziqing had been captured by the Department of Justice!

The second-in-command was also nowhere to be found, making it clear that he was behind this. Without any hesitation, Jun Beiyue set off alone to rescue Han Ziqing. At that time, Han Ziqing was standing alone in the courtroom, with the case of Young Master Chen being brought up again. The reasoning was that they suspected the two black-clad men had been bribed, so the Han family was still under suspicion.

Han Ziqing listened quietly as Han Xier pretended to be innocent, even bringing in so-called witnesses. The witness claimed that Young Master Chen was not in the Fourth Princess's room that night, but someone else was. Han Xier then chimed in, distancing herself from the crime of conspiring with others to frame her sister. The crowd then demanded to know who was in Han Ziqing's room that night!

Han Ziqing knew that whether she identified the person or not, it would bring no benefit to Jun Beichen or Jun Beiyue. The second-in-command thought the same, confident that Han Ziqing would have no choice but to name him, which would result in Jun Beiyue being ridiculed by the entire world. But Han Ziqing declared that she would take the blame for everything. At that critical moment, the masked black-clad man reappeared, bringing with him the manager of Guose Tianxiang.

The black-clad man stated that he would reveal the truth, and the manager confessed that Han Xier had instructed him to harm Han Ziqing. The black-clad man added that he had injured Young Master Chen in passing, so the person in the room that night was himself! Upon hearing this, Han Ziqing was furious and stabbed the black-clad man, who, unprepared, fell to the ground, and his mask broke, revealing Jun Beiyue's face!

Han Ziqing was in disbelief and instantly regretted her actions deeply. Jun Beiyue said that this was his debt to her and asked Han Ziqing to promise him two things: first, to protect herself, and second, to protect Tianque. Han Ziqing single-handedly covered Jun Beiyue's retreat, led by Old Gu, and then asked the king how the case would be judged.

After receiving a satisfactory answer, she used the scorpion-shaped ring to command the Fourth Prince's men to defend the city, and then rushed to Jun Beiyue's side. Both Yingzi and Old Gu were furious, as in their eyes, Jun Beiyue had always been protecting Han Ziqing. Now that such a thing had happened, they felt it was unfair to the Fourth Prince. Tears welled up in Han Ziqing's eyes as she learned the whole truth.
