Jun Beiyue was unaware of Lady Wan's intentions toward Han Ziqing in the Mitianshen Sea. He was solely focused on letting his mother rest. However, Lady Wan kept insisting on returning to Tianque. Jun Beiyue asked if she was truly asking him to leave Han Ziqing behind, disregarding her safety. Lady Wan quickly explained that she was just as worried about Ziqing. Jun Beiyue didn’t say much more and simply told her to rest.

At that moment, Han Ziqing was being tortured by the Silver Jiao. However, the moment Baili Weisheng appeared, the Silver Jiao immediately started behaving properly. Baili Weisheng forbade them from torturing Han Ziqing any further and ordered them to accept their punishment. He then went in to check on Han Ziqing. She asked him if he truly believed that the people of the isolated island were responsible for the massacre of his entire clan.

Baili Weisheng confirmed that he believed it, but he still gave Han Ziqing medicine to stop her bleeding. Baili Weisheng’s mother had been trying to communicate with him all along, but he neither saw nor heard her. Lady Wan went outside for some fresh air, and the Master of Lu Manor approached her, bringing up events from the past. Lady Wan didn’t want to dwell on it and only thanked him for everything he had done for Beiyue.

The Master of Lu then asked if she was still practicing "that. " Lady Wan immediately told him to stop mentioning it and left. What the Master of Lu didn’t expect was that Lady Lu appeared behind him, mocking him for his futile attempts. The Master of Lu was visibly flustered, insisting that this must remain a secret. Little did they know that Jun Beiyue had witnessed the entire scene from a distance.

Meanwhile, Xuanyuan Lige was also watching the Mitianshen Sea, revealing that he was planning to build a tunnel there to connect Dongling and Xiling. Shiliang received Lady Wan's hint and, while tending to Xiaosheng alone, attempted to harm her. However, she hesitated and was interrupted by Jun Beiyue. Shiliang quickly regained her composure and told Jun Beiyue that Xiaosheng was actually a girl. Noticing her nervousness, Jun Beiyue didn’t say anything but gave Shadow some instructions after leaving the room.

Shiliang went to see Lady Wan, who handed her a bottle of poison, saying that Xiaosheng waking up wouldn’t benefit anyone. She even threatened that Jun Beiyue wouldn’t tolerate her presence if Xiaosheng woke up. Shiliang, feeling cornered, accepted the poison but made sure to confirm Lady Wan’s promise to her. Satisfied with the answer, Shiliang nodded.

Meanwhile, Baili Weisheng was drinking alone, and his mother watched in pain, wishing she could help him, though she was powerless to do so. Shiliang made another attempt but was caught by Shadow. Jun Beiyue quickly arrived, and before Shiliang could confess, Lady Wan appeared, immediately accusing Shiliang of harming others. Jun Beiyue ordered Shiliang to be imprisoned and asked the Master of Lu to take care of Xiaosheng.

Jun Beiyue then questioned his master about his mother’s past, but the Master of Lu was unwilling to reveal much, only expressing concern about when Jun Beiyue would rescue Han Ziqing. Jun Beiyue responded that he had found a secret passage and would rescue Ziqing that night. When Lady Wan tried to visit Shiliang, she was stopped. When Jun Beiyue found Ziqing, the Silver Jiao were preparing to harm her.

Jun Beiyue immediately picked her up, but they were quickly surrounded by the Silver Jiao. In the end, Baili Weisheng let them go. Upon returning, Jun Beiyue found that Xiaosheng had already woken up. Lady Wan tried to visit Xiaosheng, but she was again denied entry. When Lady Wan saw that Jun Beiyue had successfully rescued Han Ziqing, her first instinct was to pack her things and leave. However, Jun Beiyue blocked the door.

Xiaosheng accused Lady Wan of attempting to harm Han Ziqing in the Mitianshen Sea. Lady Wan tried to defend herself, but Jun Beiyue connected her previous words and confronted his master, discovering several inconsistencies. Soon after, the Dream Clan’s leader arrived and bluntly stated that Lady Wan had never had pure intentions, and that she had been exiled years ago for practicing forbidden arts.

Lady Wan tried to defend herself, claiming she had been forced into it, but she accidentally mentioned Nanzhao, making Jun Beiyue realize that Lady Wan might have been involved in Mu Ci's death as well. Heartbroken, Jun Beiyue watched as Lady Wan continued to justify her actions, even injuring his men in the process. In the end, it was the clan leader’s barrier that finally stopped her. After some time, Han Ziqing finally woke up, and Jun Beiyue was overjoyed!
