> Live or Love? Recap

Luo Yan privately met with Fang Li and informed her about An Yushen’s recent actions. Apparently, An Yushen had secretly mortgaged his shares in Juxuan to others. Such private stock mortgages could lead to serious legal consequences. Luo Yan hoped Fang Li could secretly assist in obtaining the mortgage contract. With both evidence and witnesses in hand, it would mark An Yushen’s complete downfall. Fang Li was shocked.

This was a ruthless move, but since Luo Yan insisted, she had no choice but to comply. An Yushen, harboring feelings for Fang Li, couldn’t resist finding ways to please her. He asked Feng Zhixing to order the most expensive ring. After patiently waiting for several days, the ring finally arrived. Feng Zhixing teased mysteriously that he had tried it on and felt very happy about it. Fang Li went to An Yushen’s office to search for the mortgage contract.

Just as she retrieved the document, An Yushen walked in. Fang Li immediately hid her nervousness. Oblivious to her actions, An Yushen took out the diamond ring and prepared to give it to her. Fang Li quickly hid the document behind her back and pretended to respond nonchalantly while looking for a chance to leave. An Yushen managed to give her the ring, but her expression didn’t show much excitement, leaving him puzzled.

Did the ring fail to work its magic? Feng Zhixing, who loved small animals, often visited the animal rescue center. That day, the rescue center director happily informed him that they had a new sponsor, so funding would no longer be a problem. Feng Zhixing was curious and went to see the “golden sponsor,” only to grow nervous—it was Yin Zhiluo. Yin Zhiluo had donated many supplies and provided significant help, solving several issues for the rescue center.

When Feng Zhixing tried to express his gratitude, Yin Zhiluo immediately made a request: she asked him to pretend to be her boyfriend. Upon hearing that she was in trouble, Feng Zhixing agreed to accompany her that evening to meet her ex-boyfriend. Yin Zhiluo’s first love had returned from abroad. He was an unpleasant person who, while on a phone call in the restroom, said many nasty things about Yin Zhiluo.

Feng Zhixing overheard and couldn’t help but confront him, leading to a physical fight. Throughout the scuffle, Feng Zhixing was mostly worried about his new suit getting ruined. Hearing the commotion, Yin Zhiluo came out and slapped her ex-boyfriend twice. On the way home, although Yin Zhiluo didn’t show it, she was deeply moved. However, listening to Feng Zhixing lament about his 8,000-yuan suit that couldn’t be returned, she couldn’t help but think he was a bit stingy.

Fang Li arranged to meet Luo Yan at a designated location to hand over the contract. Suddenly, the game system malfunctioned. The people around her vanished, leaving her terrified. Unable to summon A Nuo, her first instinct was to call An Yushen. Over the phone, An Yushen reassured her to stay where she was and promised to find her quickly. The two began searching for each other.

When Fang Li found An Yushen, he appeared as though he was electrocuted, his whole body glowing and sparking. He was clearly in great danger. The game system engineer advised An Yushen to use a method of consciousness transfer to resolve the software bug. Not wanting Fang Li to suffer, An Yushen voluntarily agreed to connect himself. When An Yushen woke up, his assistant nervously reminded him that An Xiangyang wanted to see him.

Apparently, Luo Yan had already handed over the mortgage contract to his father. An Yushen met with his father and endured a scolding, but since he had prepared for this, An Xiangyang couldn’t do much to him. An Yushen suspected that Fang Li had given the contract to Luo Yan. It became clear that Fang Li’s mission in the game was to assist Luo Yan in defeating him. He realized he had been deceived by her. When he returned to his room, he saw Fang Li packing her belongings, preparing to leave the An family.
