Xiang Liu sat cross-legged on a piece of jade bed, his brows knitted with a gathering of hostility, as if it could collapse at any moment. However, when he treated Wen Xiaoliu's injuries, he was extremely gentle and attentive. When Wen Xiaoliu regained consciousness, she faintly heard the coldness and suppressed anger in Xiang Liu's voice when he faced questioning. He immediately used the excuses he had prepared long ago, claiming that he had already guessed Boss Xuan's identity. If Qiang Xuan were to die, the King of Xiyan would undoubtedly seek revenge, and she might never have peace again.

Wen Xiaoliu noticed Sang Tian'er's talent for medicine and expressed her willingness to take her as an apprentice so that she would have a skill to rely on in the future.
