Synopsis
Adapted from the novel of the same name by Zhihu author Xu Jiuwangchuan, it tells the story of Concubine Su Qin, who suffers from a strange illness and is sent to the Cold Palace. There, she encounters a black-clad man named "Bing Zhong Bing," who kidnaps her.
They make a pact to assassinate the emperor, with the condition that Su Qin marries and stays with Prince Ning'an, Lu Huan. As they face life and death together during the assassination attempt, their feelings for each other grow. Eventually, with the revelation of the true identity of the black-clad man, they fall in love and stay together.
