Although Su's mother knew Gu Yunzheng was a good person, she couldn't tolerate his family background, fearing it would cause a second injury to her daughter. Gu Yunzheng, in order to gain Su's mother's trust, followed her every day, showing various kindnesses. Unfortunately, Su's mother remained resolute in her opposition to their relationship, all because of Gu Yunzheng's father.

Despite several setbacks in front of Su's mother, Gu Yunzheng's relationship with Su Weian remained strong and affectionate. Su Weian's aunt, Su Yuan, was still in poor health, with her temper worsening day by day. Even Su's mother and daughter were reluctant to see her. Gu Yunzheng came up with a plan. Under the pretext of going downstairs to relax, he arranged an outdoor violin concert for Su Yuan. This reminded Su Yuan of her glorious past playing the violin under the spotlight, bringing mixed emotions.
