Doctor Cui is giving Wei Qi medicine when suddenly Zhou Yuan's voice is heard outside. Wei Qi frowns and quickly puts on his outer clothing, pretending that nothing has happened. Zhou Yuan enters the room and senses something unusual, but she doesn't inquire and instead uses magic to bring Wei Qi to the bridge where they had broken up before. There are some things she wants to do over again. But when she actually stands on the bridge where they parted ways, even though her heart disease has been cured, she still feels an unusual discomfort in her chest.

When Wei Qi arrived, Zhou Yuan looked at him affectionately. Zhou Yuan confessed her love to Wei Qi and revealed that she also intended to confess her feelings to him earlier, but unfortunately he left first. Just then, peach blossoms bloomed all around them, particularly stunning under the moonlight. Zhou Yuan hugged Wei Qi tightly, hoping to hear his answer. Wei Qi was naturally delighted, but his joy faded when he saw the ring on Zhou Yuan's hand. He coldly pushed her away and accused her of weaving illusions again. Zhou Yuan was not angry and continued to pursue him relentlessly. Wei Qi had no choice but to sternly call out Zhou Yuan's full name. Zhou Yuan suddenly smiled and, before even understanding what Wei Qi said, cheerfully bid him goodnight and left in high spirits. On that day, Zhou Yuan stopped Wei Qi and asked him what his answer was. Wei Qi's tone was firm and he said that his answer had always been a refusal. Zhou Yuan didn't believe him and told Wei Qi that an honest person's hands can naturally form a circle. Wei Qi was full of disdain and tried to prove her wrong by making a circle with his hands. Just as he was about to do so, Zhou Yuan suddenly swam into his arms like a fish. Wei Qi widened his eyes and his heart beat wildly. He wanted to push Zhou Yuan away, but she held him tighter and refused to let go. Wei Qi eventually stopped struggling and let Zhou Yuan embrace him. In an instant, a joyful smile appeared on his face uncontrollably.

From Zhou Ping, Wei Qi and Zhou Yuan learned that Ning Lan had been imprisoned. They hurried to the jail to find Ning Lan. Ning Lan explained everything, including how Cui Ying had told him that two people from different tribes cannot be together. Zhou Yuan was puzzled and felt sympathetic towards Ning Lan, so she quickly went to find Cui Ying to clarify things. Cui Ying told Zhou Yuan that if two people from different tribes come together, then one of them will die.

Lin Yan went to find her father and hoped to ask Ning Lan for help, but all she got was reproach. After her father left, Lin Yan accidentally discovered some letters that she had written to her mother and entrusted to her father. Lin Yan realized too late that her father had been deceiving her all along. Not only that, but her father also intended to betroth her to Lord Nan Zhao. When she learned all of this, it was already too late, as she had been drugged and couldn't move. In order to protect her innocence, she struggled to crawl to the table and picked up a dagger. However, Lord Nan Zhao suddenly burst in, intending to do something inappropriate to Lin Yan. At this critical moment, Ning Lan arrived in time and used Yan Ling to force Lord Nan Zhao to his death.

Zhou Yuan heard strange noises coming from a box in the room, so she opened it to find Jiang Ran, who was bleeding from seven orifices. Zhou Yuan wanted to find medicine to treat Jiang Ran, but he suddenly went crazy and hugged her, calling her "Madam." Wei Qi appeared in time and restrained Jiang Ran. When Jiang Ran woke up, everyone learned that Miss Lv was actually a Shen Ji Men disciple that Wei Qi was looking for. After learning this, Cui Ying was furious and blamed Zhou Yuan for Ning Lan's situation. Wei Qi stepped forward to protect Zhou Yuan and presented the imperial token bestowed by the emperor, resolving the situation.

In the middle of the night, Bi Xingyue couldn't fall asleep no matter what, so she asked Li Mian to find some food for her. Li Mian was in a daze and had no intention of getting up to find food. However, Bi Xingyue's big innocent and adorable eyes made his heart beat uncontrollably. Meanwhile, Lin Yan accidentally spotted Xue Deng's figure.
