The relationship between Qin Can and Ning Yue grew closer. Qin Can brought Jiaojiao to Ning Yue's house for dinner, preparing a full table of dishes. Ning Yue’s mother was full of praise for him. After dinner, Ning Yue studied some relevant knowledge with Qin Can. Even though she was the interim leader of Yaofeng Technology, she never gave up pursuing what she loved. After settling down, Hu Cheng contacted Ning Yue, expressing his desire to see Ziyuan.

Ning Yue agreed to let him pick up their son and even allowed Ziyuan to stay with him. Hu Cheng was very grateful. Ning Yue reminded him to return Ziyuan by Sunday so he wouldn’t miss school on Monday. Ziyuan and Hu Cheng had a wonderful time together. It had been so long since Ziyuan had seen his father, and he cherished every moment.

During their time together, Hu Cheng explained to his son that he had made some serious mistakes, which was why they couldn’t live together anymore. Ziyuan was heartbroken and didn’t want to be separated from his father. Watching his son fall asleep beside him, Hu Cheng began reflecting deeply. He realized that the happy life he once had was built on Ning Yue’s love and tolerance, and he had destroyed it with his own hands.

He had neglected Ning Yue’s feelings and ruined the happiness they had. Although it was too late for regret, Hu Cheng wondered what he could do to make amends. Tian Qiuzi had meticulously planned to help Hu Cheng regain his position as the general manager of Yaofeng Technology. She urged Hu Cheng to attend the upcoming shareholders' meeting, and he agreed. The next day, Tian Qiuzi attended the meeting on behalf of Jiang as his representative, which surprised Ning Yue.

Although Jiang’s shares alone weren’t enough to remove Ning Yue as general manager, combining them with Hu Cheng’s 25. 5% stake would be sufficient. Hu Cheng appeared at the meeting but did not align himself with Tian Qiuzi. Instead, he began by thanking everyone for their support of Yaofeng Technology.

Then, to everyone’s shock, he announced that he would transfer all his shares to Ning Yue free of charge and declared that he would no longer have any connection to Yaofeng Technology. After making his statement, he left immediately. Tian Qiuzi was stunned—her elaborate efforts had all been in vain, leaving her feeling like a fool. Hu Cheng gave all his remaining savings to Tian Qiuzi, admitting that their relationship had been a mistake from the start.

He acknowledged her struggles but made it clear this was all he could do for her. Tian Qiuzi was deeply saddened and went home to spend time with her grandmother. Qin Can planned a weekend outing with Ziyuan and Jiaojiao. Since Ning Yue was attending a charity event, she couldn’t join them. She reminded Qin Can to stay safe, especially since he was taking care of two children on his own.

However, an accident happened—while taking a photo of Ziyuan, Qin Can fell down a slope. When Ning Yue received the news, she rushed to the scene. Thankfully, Qin Can’s injuries weren’t serious, but he couldn’t walk due to a leg injury. Ning Yue called for a rescue team and stayed by Qin Can’s side. Qin Can cherished this time with Ning Yue and wished it could last longer, but the rescue team soon arrived. Eventually, everyone’s lives fell back into place.

Ning Yue, Qin Can, and Mu Xiao regularly returned to the charity service center to provide consultations when they had time. Luo Yating and Lao Mo finally got together. Hu Cheng returned to his professional field, continuing to excel in his expertise.
