Su Ruofei couldn’t sleep, so she went out to find Yun Mu, who was also awake. Yun Mu explained that when you finally see someone you’ve missed for a long time, you can’t sleep. Su Ruofei felt the same but didn’t admit it and instead made up an excuse to return to her room.

Huang Ying chased after Jin Shangyu, and the others quickly retreated to avoid getting caught and reprimanded. Yun Mu and Su Ruofei drifted on a boat in the lake, and ever since their time in the Lu Guang Forest, their fates had been intertwined.

At that moment, their emotions overwhelmed them, and they kissed passionately. Meanwhile, Jin Shangyu visited a vendor to eat buns. As a child, he loved the buns from this shop but had avoided them later out of fear of gaining weight. Now, he no longer cared, feeling a sense of release from everything.
