Fearing that her brothers might ask embarrassing questions, Gu Sheng found an excuse to take Mo Qingcheng upstairs to visit her bedroom. She also took him to the rooftop, reminiscing about the time when she was mistaken for attempting suicide, and the police were called. Gu Sheng's brothers returned with groceries, but they were not skilled in cooking. It was time for Mo Qingcheng to showcase his culinary skills. Gu Sheng asked her brothers to leave the kitchen, and Mo Qingcheng quickly and skillfully prepared the meal, receiving unanimous praise from Gu Sheng's grandfather and brothers. His first visit passed smoothly.

After dinner, Gu Sheng took Mo Qingcheng to meet Dong Yi Ru. Upon hearing Mo Qingcheng's voice, Dong Yi Ru was stunned. Learning that Mo Qingcheng was Qing Qing Ci, she was even more excited and almost teary-eyed.
