Yun Qingqing, Jiang Ling, Yun Miaomiao, Rou Rou, An'an, Ji Lin, and Ziheng are all characters in this story. Yun's father is seriously ill, and Qingqing and Ziheng come to visit. Jiang Ling also accompanies them on behalf of Ji Lin and Yun Miaomiao. Yun's father urges Qingqing to give up Jiang Ling for Yun Miaomiao. Qingqing is angry, but doesn't want to upset her father because of his illness. However, Miaomiao takes advantage of the situation and attacks Qingqing. Jiang Ling shows his dominance and declares that they are still married. Qingqing also reveals her grievances towards Yun's father over the years before leaving with Jiang Ling.
That night, Qingqing works overtime in the studio for the launch of her new fashion line. Jiang Ling brings her supper and they get along well. The next day, the fashion launch is a huge success, and Jiang Ling invites Qingqing to celebrate with him. He arrives early at the restaurant, while Qingqing changes her outfit multiple times like a teenage girl in love. However, before they leave, Qingqing realizes that she is pregnant and her attitude towards Jiang Ling becomes more complicated. Ziheng notices that Qingqing's revengeful attitude towards Jiang Ling has changed, and he expresses his support for her, promising to always be there for her.
