Based on Xia Yu's testimony, the police focused their investigation on Zhong Shengao. At the same time, He Huakai provided evidence - he had installed several backup cameras inside the abandoned hotel. These cameras had their own power supply and captured some footage of Zhong Shengao committing the crime. However, a twist occurred. Jiang Zuoan and his team discovered a warehouse contracted by He Huakai, where a replica of the abandoned hotel was set up. It seemed highly likely that the footage received by the police was filmed at this location, indicating that He Huakai was framing Zhong Shengao!
