Synopsis
Fang Wanzhi, a woman born in the 1970s from "Shenxianding" in the southwestern mountainous region of Yuxian, faced emotional and family upheavals. At the age of 20, she dropped out of college and moved to Shenzhen. During her early working years, she met her close friends Li Juan and Hao Qianqian. Together, they faced challenges, and as Shenzhen developed, they progressed from working in jobs to engaging in foreign trade and eventually starting their own toy brand.
Despite experiencing business setbacks and betrayals from people like Huang Yaodong and Yan Ziwei, they firmly established themselves in Shenzhen. Fang Wanzhi always maintained a fighting spirit, attending night classes and learning English to improve herself. She actively seized the opportunities brought by the wave of reform and opening up, constantly striving in her life of reinvention. Those around her, influenced by her, also found happiness.
When she entered middle age and her company successfully went public, she handed over the business to her team and returned to her hometown with the orphan she adopted, Fang Miaomiao, and her close friend Gao Xiang. They settled down in Shenxianding, the starting point of her fate.
