Back at the residence, Xu Muchen couldn't help but kiss Liu Rong. Early the next morning, he found a note left by "Master Liu" on the table, saying she would personally cook dinner for him that night. Xu Muchen smiled knowingly. At the bookstore, Wu Zhao waited idly as Xiao Qiu chose books.

Seeing his boredom, the bookstore owner recommended a book to him. Meanwhile, at the Xu residence, Liu Rong busied herself preparing food for Xu Muchen. At that moment, Su Jinning noticed Xu Muchen had patched up the hole in the wall, which greatly annoyed him.
