One morning, there was an important meeting at the company. Shen An'an called Lin Yao but couldn't reach him, so she anxiously sought help from the security guard to open the door. Lin Yao weakly opened the door and told her that he was fine, but he was happy that Shen An'an was concerned about him. During the meeting, Lin Yao's stomach acted up, but he still insisted on discussing cooperation with clients. Shen An'an saw all of this and couldn't help but worry about him.
After the meeting, Shen An'an received a call from the teacher informing her that Ren Xinyi fell off the swing. Shen An'an hurriedly went to the school with Lin Yao. Just as she reached the elevator, Shi Yue called her loudly on the phone, accusing Shen An'an of using her child to seduce her ex-husband and cursing Ren Xinyi. Shen An'an confronted Shi Yue without hesitation. Shen An'an then went back to warn Ren Yiming to leave quickly and asked him to warn Shi Yue not to curse innocent children.
Ren Yiming angrily returned home and told Shi Yue not to cause trouble and warned her not to interfere with them anymore. Shi Yue asked him why he didn't make their relationship public and felt that he was trying to build an image in his new assistant's mind. Shi Yue told Ren Yiming that if he truly loved her, he should dismiss Xu Kexin, otherwise, he would face the consequences.
Wen Hao and Ren Fei discussed Ren Yiming's regrets. Although they felt sorry for him, they knew he brought it upon himself.
