Jiang Ye wanted to invite An Lun to her house for dinner, but Ding Momo didn't know how to say no, so she went to Tan Xiaoxin for advice.

After meeting with Ding Momo, Tan Xiaoxin learned that Ding Momo didn't want An Lun to misunderstand, and suggested she directly explain the situation to him. However, Ding Momo was concerned about her relationship with An Lun as friends and superiors, and ultimately decided not to use Tan Xiaoxin's method.

Ding Momo went to the horse stable to find Song Yang to tell him about An Lun, and their sweet scene was captured by someone.

When Song Yang sent Ding Momo home, he found out about the situation with An Lun and expressed understanding towards Jiang Ye and Ding Momo.

Late at night, Luo Xia heard He Shui come to his house but was afraid to open the door. Jiang Ye, who was at home, opened the door when she heard the sound, and He Shui immediately entered. He Shui wanted to know about Luo Xia's role as captain, but Jiang Ye didn't say much. He Shui then hinted at Ding Kemang's ulterior motives with the success of the play "Father and Son" and left. Facing Ding Kemang and Ding Momo's inquiries, Jiang Ye could only mention her argument with Zhao Xiaopu in the cafeteria. Jiang Ye then began to talk about inviting An Lun to her house for dinner again, but Ding Kemang still supported Ding Momo's decision.

The next day, Zhao Xiaopu went to Luo Xia's house with a gift to ask for his help with her job title, but the gift was not accepted and she was kicked out.

Meanwhile, under Jiang Ye's urging, Ding Momo was about to go out to greet An Lun when she arrived at the door herself. An Lun brought gifts for Jiang Ye and Ding Kemang, which pleased Jiang Ye. Jiang Ye then helped An Lun put on an apron and let Ding Momo get closer to him.

Jiang Ye was initially happy about An Lun's arrival, but her mood was ruined by Song Yang's arrival. No matter how she tried to drive him away, he stayed. Later, Song Yang went to the kitchen and intentionally got close to Ding Momo, asserting his dominance.

At the dinner table, Jiang Ye learned of An Lun's high education level and sarcastically scolded Song Yang, who responded positively. During the meal, Ding Momo saw Song Yang get oil on his clothes and took him to the bathroom to clean up. An Lun became jealous and Jiang Ye noticed, so she tried to ease the tension.

After an unsatisfactory meal, Ding Momo comforted Song Yang when she sent him home and then kissed him, which was also captured on camera.
