At Ding Kemang's home, Jiang Ye was grateful for Ding Kemang's help in repairing her grandfather's purple clay pot. They drank together and unknowingly had a few more glasses. Ding Kemang voluntarily offered Jiang Ye to stay and rest. At that moment, Luo Xia arrived at Ding Kemang's house.

Luo Xia had planned to inform Ding Kemang about Jiang Ye's intention to divorce him, but upon seeing Jiang Ye, he didn't speak and immediately left. Ding Kemang caught up and asked about the situation, but Luo Xia did not reveal the truth. Instead, he thought that since Jiang Ye was already at Ding Kemang's home, they would not divorce, and he admired Ding Kemang's tactics.

After returning home, Ding Kemang couldn't find Jiang Ye and was worried that she might have had an accident due to drinking. He immediately went out to look for her, but even after searching her villa, he couldn't find her. At that moment, Ding Momo called to inquire about Jiang Ye's whereabouts, but Ding Kemang didn't want to worry her and told her that Jiang Ye was with him.

To find Jiang Ye, Ding Kemang contacted Song Yang to ask about places she liked to go. He realized that he hadn't paid enough attention to Jiang Ye's interests. Then he remembered that Jiang Ye often mentioned a noodle shop that she liked to go to with her grandfather, and just then, Song Yang arrived in his car.

As Song Yang drove behind them, Ding Kemang followed Jiang Ye, who was drunk and headed towards the closed noodle shop. Ding Kemang was heartbroken to see Jiang Ye knocking on the door, so he immediately embraced her. Jiang Ye felt guilty about not being able to fulfill her grandfather's wish to eat fried sauce noodles that day. Ding Kemang comforted her and was about to take her away when she apologized to him. He patiently persuaded her and finally sent her back to the villa.

Jiang Ye, who was hungover, woke up the next day and remembered what had happened yesterday. She was very grateful to Ding Kemang and took the initiative to wash and return his coat that he had left at her house before he went back to the drama troupe.

When Jiang Ye met with Ding Kemang, she was shocked to hear from him about what He Shui had said. Afterwards, Jiang Ye brought up the divorce lawsuit, but Ding Kemang did not respond positively and made various excuses, leaving Jiang Ye with no way out.

After Ding Momo returned from her business trip, Song Yang picked her up from the airport. While they were discussing what to eat, Song Yang received an anonymous call and learned that Kong Liang was responsible for the recent negative publicity and the attempted frame-up.

Angered by this, Song Yang immediately went back to the company and confronted Kong Liang. However, Kong Liang's assistant's disrespectful attitude and Kong Liang's pretense of being pitiable provoked Song Yang to the point that he punched the assistant. Ding Momo arrived in time to stop him, but unfortunately someone had already recorded a video of Song Yang punching someone.

Upon learning that a video of him punching someone had been recorded and that all his work had been canceled, Kuang Nanshan immediately came to handle the situation. Despite her repeated requests to keep the news under wraps, the video was still leaked.

The next day, Song Yang learned from Xiao Li that his job had been canceled because of the video of him punching someone. Public opinion was boiling and Song Yang was deeply trapped in the vortex of public opinion, which could even affect the company's bet with Rongding. Although Kuang Nanshan knew that the matter was related to Kong Liang, she could not do anything to him for the sake of the company.
