Gui Yuanshan openly opposed him being with Gui Xiao, believing that Lu Yanchen's family background would bring trouble to Gui Xiao. He handed the phone to Gui Xiao, who refused to break up. While Lu Yanchen was changing the tire, Gui Xiao pretended to be angry and got up, but Lu Yanchen pulled her back and they fell into the snow together. On the deserted road by the vast snowy plain, there was no one but them. Lu Yanchen hummed "Cinderella" softly, which was the song they used to sing together when they were studying. Lu Yanchen used to love to use "Cinderella" to coax Gui Xiao when he was young, especially the line "How could I fall for you, my Cinderella," which always made her addicted. After fixing the car, Lu Yanchen drove Gui Xiao back to the city of Qining.
