Lu Yanchen sent Shen Jin and her team off, then took Gui Xiao to visit the old team leader's home in town. In Qining, the old team leader treated Lu Yanchen like a father figure, and his wife considered him as a half-son. She was pleased to see Gui Xiao and took out the wedding jewelry she had prepared for Lu Yanchen early on, asking him to put it on Gui Xiao. After bidding farewell to the old team leader's wife, the two returned to the team. Lu Yanchen didn't want to make the separation too sad, so he kept joking and playing with his brothers.
