Synopsis

After Jiang Si, the fourth young lady of the Dongping Count’s manor, is killed by her beloved, Yu Jin, she is given a chance to restart her life. This time, she bravely annuls her engagement, outwits her malicious aunt, opens a fragrance shop, helps her friends, and investigates a series of murders targeting young girls, gradually rewriting her tragic fate.

Jiang Si crosses paths with the young general Yu Jin once again. Though both carry secrets in their hearts, they inevitably become entangled once more. Together, they change the fates of her elder brother, Jiang Zhan, who previously drowned, and her sister, Jiang Yi, who once hanged herself. They also prevent her father from being falsely accused and executed by the Grand Princess.

Overcoming countless obstacles side by side, Jiang Si's feelings toward Yu Jin gradually shift, and she becomes willing to love him again. Hand in hand, they protect the peace of the Great Zhou dynasty and ultimately find a lifetime of happiness together.
