Before her death, Sister Ying fulfilled her last wish with the help of Tianqing and the Seventh Sister. She finally met the male teacher she had secretly loved all her life, even though he didn't recognize her anymore. After Sister Ying passed away, the Seventh Sister, filled with anger, led the sisters of the red headbands to confront the blue headbands, seeking revenge for Sister Ying. To prevent the red headbands from suffering the same fate as Sister Ying, Tianqing was inspired by an old man's rubber shoe soles and shared the idea of using old tires as shoe soles with Yu Shixiang. Yu Shixiang greatly appreciated Tianqing's idea and wanted to appoint her as the leader of the female workers. However, Tianqing humbly declined his offer, stating that she still lacked experience.
On the construction site, as the red and blue headbands confronted each other, and it seemed like a fight was about to break out, Tianqing intervened just in time to stop them. Haisheng came to the construction site to find Tianqing, and after a long time apart, he was extremely excited. He invited Tianqing to have roast goose and kept pestering her with endless conversation. Tianqing couldn't stand his presence and sought Qiang Ge's help to drive Haisheng away. Unexpectedly, Qiang Ge, who usually bossed around the red headbands, behaved like a little brother in front of Haisheng. Sister Ling approached Yu Shixiang, intending to drive Haisheng away. However, as soon as Yu Shixiang saw Haisheng, he turned and walked away as if he had done something wrong.
