Qiao Jing took Su Juan to meet Jiang Ling, and the three of them celebrated Su Juan's miraculous survival. Afterwards, Su Juan took Qiao Jing to Nancheng University to reminisce about the past and try to continue their relationship. However, Qiao Jing's heart was filled with complex emotions and she didn't respond. On the other hand, Gu Yi approached Qiao Jing once again and poured out his true feelings to her. Qiao Jing forcefully pushed him away but her eyes turned red as she turned around. Su Juan became friends with Bai Yun. Bai Yun ended her vacation at the resort and bid farewell to Su Juan. Unexpectedly, they encountered Su Juan and Qiao Jing at a charity auction. Bai Yun learned that Su Juan was Gu Nan's illegitimate child and felt manipulated and furious. Despite Su Juan's explanations, the situation remained unresolved. Later, under the arrangement of the waiter, Gu Yi, Su Juan, Qiao Jing, and Fang Pei all sat together, creating an extremely awkward atmosphere.
