Gu Yi was rushed to the emergency room for treatment, while Qiao Jing waited outside the door. Su Juan and Fang Pei hurriedly arrived, and Qiao Jing apologized to Fang Pei but was rebuked as a jinx. After Gu Yi woke up, he asked Fang Pei about Qiao Jing's whereabouts and expressed his feelings for her. Upon hearing this outside the door, Qiao Jing couldn't help but be moved. The next day, Qiao Jing came to visit Gu Yi. Gu Yi explained everything to her and begged for a chance. Qiao Jing felt conflicted and did not answer. While reviewing the project plan with the company team, Gu Yi received an anonymous phone call. The caller demanded that they disclose the plan, otherwise Qiao Jing would be killed. Gu Yi prepared to release a semi-true, semi-fake plan. The false plan that Gu Yi originally intended to release ended up being published as the real plan, resulting in huge losses. Gu Nan was furious and removed Gu Yi from his position. Su Juan became the CEO of Ansha Group. Gu Yi, accompanied by Qiao Jing, tried to salvage the company's losses but was mocked by Su Juan.
