Jian Bing was drinking alone in the restaurant, and she even gave Sheng Yang the steak she hadn't eaten. Before Sheng Yang could react, Jian Bing disappeared. After quickly settling the bill, Sheng Yang rushed out to find her. He found the tipsy Jian Bing on the street, just as she was about to fall. He caught her in his arms. Sheng Yang was captivated by the face he had been longing for day and night, but Jian Bing, who was drunk, thought he was trying to flirt with her and was only interested in having fun. Helplessly, Sheng Yang took Jian Bing to a small inn and reminisced about their past moments together. As Sheng Yang gazed at Jian Bing's slightly tipsy face and the atmosphere became just right, Jian Bing vomited all over him.

Xue Yiming called Jian Bing, and Sheng Yang answered the call, only to find out that she was already married. He turned away, feeling disheartened.

The next day, Sheng Yang encountered the intern, Pan Rou, in the company's elevator. Pan Rou, seeing Sheng Yang in person, found him refreshing and handsome, regretting standing him up the day before. She was assigned to the same team as Sheng Yang and noticed that both Sheng Yang and Song Chen seemed a bit distant and cold towards her. So, she openly apologized and tried to mend their relationships.

After sobering up from her hangover, Jian Bing's friend, Liang Shanshan, waited for her in a car outside. She wanted to take Jian Bing out to relax and talk about her relationship problems. On the way, Jian Bing remembered Sheng Yang from last night and decided to contact him to reimburse him for the hotel accommodation he had paid for.
