Du Jingchuang's men were busy pouring oil when Jiang Ying secretly handed Du Xunyu a knife that she was carrying. Du Xunyu felt sorry for Jiang Ying for being in danger again, but he knew that Jiang Ying would come to rescue him. While he was cutting the rope with the knife, he instructed Jiang Ying to run first and let him deal with the thugs left behind.
Jiang Ying didn't want Du Xunyu to fight with his injury, but he insisted on protecting his beloved woman, or he would be ashamed to face the Jiang couple. Jiang Ying told Du Xunyu to leave first, but he was afraid that if he didn't say it now, he might never have another chance.
