Synopsis
Fang Hui, a beautiful and single woman, is living alone in a big city, struggling with a monotonous life. One night, she suddenly hears someone violently pulling the doorknob from outside, attempting to break in. Although she couldn't see who was outside, she learns from the security guard Xiao Wu that the surveillance on her floor is broken. This abruptly shrouds Fang Hui's peaceful solitary life in a state of fear and unease. When night falls again, while she is sleeping, Fang Hui vaguely senses someone entering her room, but upon waking up, she finds no evidence of anyone being there. Gradually, her mental state starts deteriorating. Several men repeatedly appear around her: real estate agent Gao Qi, security guard Xiao Wu, company leader Li Zong, and veterinarian Zheng Fei. They all seem to have their own hidden agendas. Along with the mysterious disappearance of her best friend Qiao Xiaoman, living alone becomes almost a nightmare for Fang Hui.
